Hi! i'm Jacques Wienicke, based in Cologne, Germany – working internationally.
I work as a Director of Photography and Camera Operator with a focus on documentary, factual and music-related formats. My work is shaped by a handheld, observational approach and a strong interest in real-life environments and human interaction.
I aim for an unobtrusive camera presence, working closely with the situation as it unfolds. I am experienced with both lightweight handheld setups and larger camera rigs and comfortable adapting my approach to different production scales and working conditions.
